THERMOGUARD COATING

Description : COOL-N-COOL coating is water based eco-friendly paint. It dissipates heat & reflects heat which results in cooler temperatures not only at the surfaces but also inside the structure where it is applied.

Special Features:

Reduces Carbon Footprint of the structure.
The Coating acts as a non-conductor of heat.
Comes in a ready to use single pack system. It is non-toxic.
The surface temperatures are reduced by 12-15°C and the effective room temperatures are reduced by approximately 5-8°C. (subject to variations according to surrounding)
Reduces Air-Conditioning running costs.
COOL-N-COOL is easily cleanable.

Description : COOL-N-COOL RAINSHIELD coating is water based eco-friendly paint. It was formulated keeping in mind the waterproofing requirements along with the cooling effect it provides. It has excellent flexibility and is breathable.

Special Features:

Reduces Carbon Footprint of the structure.
The Coating acts as a non-conductor of heat.
Outstanding elongation and flexibility properties allow the film to expand and contract over existing hairline cracks without the reoccurrence of cracking through the film.
Waterproofing – The film is waterproof and mimics the natural ability of a lotus leaf to repel water.
The surface temperatures are reduced by 12-15°C and the effective room temperatures are reduced by approximately 5-8°C. (subject to variations according to surrounding)

Description : Cool N Cool SB is a specially formulated anti-corrosive heat insulating paint based on PU system. It is designed to prevent corrosion of metals at the same time work as a heat insulating coating. As an Insulation Coating, It has the ability to reflect or resist heat on all surfaces such as RCC, Concrete, Metallic, Asbestos, GI, Pre-Coated roof sheets and Poly-flex.

The Coating acts as a non-conductor of heat.
It has superior anti-corrosive properties designed to prevent rusting.
The surface temperatures are reduced by 12-15°C and the effective room temperatures are reduced by approximately 5-8°C. (subject to variations according to surrounding)
The film formed has very good mechanical properties to withstand impact.
Does not crack due to wide temperature fluctuation.
The Film formed has excellent Water Resistance.

COOL-N-COOL WALK ON

Description : Cool N Cool Walk on is a water based composition designed to apply as floor coating. It is basically designed for places open to sun which get heated up in dry climates and are difficult to walk on. It keeps the substrate cool enough to walk on bare feet.

The Coating acts a non-conductor of heat.
The film formed is tough and has very high abrasion resistance.
The surface temperatures are reduced by 10-15°C (subject to variations according to surrounding)
Can withstand Heavy pedestrian traffic.
It is easily cleanable.
